Category 7 est le nouveau groupe de heavy/thrash metal réunissant le line-up all-star de John Bush (Armored Saint, Anthrax), Mike Orlando (Adrenaline Mob, Sonic Universe, Noturnall), Phil Demmel (Machine Head, Kerry King, Vio-Lence), Jack Gibson (Exodus) et Jason Bittner (Shadows Fall, Overkill) et ces derniers sortiront leur premier album éponyme le 26 juillet via Metal Blade Records.
